Terms of Service

Gladium operates gladium.app and the Gladium app. By using gladium.app or the Gladium app, you agree to these terms.

Gladium is an iOS app and companion website that lets you define recurring tasks, track daily completion, see a daily score, and view weekly/monthly trends.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Gladium.

Joining the waitlist or reserving Founding Access is free and creates no payment obligation. It does not guarantee a specific price, feature set, or launch date — it means we'll contact you first when Founding Access purchases open.

• Delivery means the app becomes available for you to download, via TestFlight or the App Store, using the email address associated with your purchase.
• Long-stop date: if we have not delivered the app by March 31, 2027, you're entitled to a full refund automatically, no request required.
• Lifetime access means access for as long as we continue to operate Gladium as a product, with a minimum commitment of 3 years from your purchase date. If we ever discontinue the product, we'll give at least 6 months' notice.

Once available, Free, Monthly, and Annual plans are billed and governed by Apple's and/or our payment processor's standard subscription terms in addition to these terms. You can cancel a subscription at any time through the platform you subscribed on.

Don't use Gladium to violate the law, interfere with the service, or attempt to access other users' data.

Gladium, its branding, and its content belong to us. Your task data belongs to you.

You can stop using Gladium and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Gladium is provided "as is." We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. If a dispute arises, we'll first try to resolve it through good-faith direct negotiation.

We'll update the effective date above whenever these change materially, and where required, notify you directly.
