Privacy Policy

Gladium ("we," "us," "Gladium") operates gladium.app and the Gladium iOS app.

• Email address — when you join the waitlist, reserve Founding Access, or create an account
• Task and usage data — the routines, tasks, completion status, and scores you enter once you're using the app
• Push notification tokens — so we can send you notifications through the app
• Purchase records — if you buy Founding Access or a subscription, we and our payment processors keep a record of that transaction

We don't ask for or knowingly collect anything beyond what's needed to run the product.

To operate your account, calculate your scores and trends, send you notifications and emails you've asked for or that relate to your purchase, and to improve the product. We don't sell your data.

We use a small number of third-party service providers to run Gladium, each limited to what it needs to do its job: website hosting, a database and authentication provider, payment processors for web and in-app purchases, and a notification provider for push notifications and email.

The website uses cookies for basic functionality. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we'll update this policy and provide a way to manage your preferences.

We keep your account and task data for as long as your account is active, and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request. Waitlist emails are kept until you unsubscribe or reserved access opens, whichever comes first.

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time by contacting us at hello@gladium.app. If you're in the EU/UK or California, this includes the specific rights granted under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

Gladium is not directed at and is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under that age.

Because we and our service providers may operate in different countries, your data may be processed outside the country you live in. We rely on our providers' own safeguards for cross-border data transfers.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

We'll update the effective date above whenever this changes materially, and where required by law, notify you directly.
